West Cork Rum Cask Finished is a small-batch single malt Irish whiskey made from 100% malted barley. It is matured in first-fill Bourbon casks before being finished in Consorcio Licorero Nacional Panama rum casks. Bottled at 43% ABV, it is non-chill filtered and has no added colour.
Tasting Note
Nose: Honey, vanilla and caramel with chocolate, supported by gentle notes of fresh and dried fruit.
Palate: Smooth and rounded, with roasted coffee, toasted malt and dark chocolate flavours coming through alongside soft vanilla sweetness.
Finish: Dry, warming and gently roasted, with lingering coffee and cocoa notes.
