Palo Cortado is the most mysterious of all Sherries. It begins its life aging under a delicate layer of yeast, only to inexplicably shed its cover and mature oxidatively. The result is a rare wine combining the crisp, nutty elegance of an Amontillado with the rich, deep body of an Oloroso.

The exceptional 14-year-old Irish whiskey—triple distilled for signature smoothness and aged in second-fill bourbon barrels—was finished for 2 additional years in these elusive Palo Cortado casks. The outcome is a wonderfully soft, complex spirit that beautifully bridges the worlds of tropical bourbon sweetness and rare Spanish wine.
