The brand was created by Anthony Smith and Wayne Devlin, who have backgrounds in Michelin-starred dining, whiskey craftsmanship and world-class hospitality. The whiskey begins its maturation in ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in Oloroso and Pedro Ximenex sherry casks to develop its own distinct character.
