Method and Madness is a new line of premium Irish whiskeys from the world renowned Midleton Distillery. The concept behind this series of whiskeys is experimentation between masters and apprentices of the Midleton Distillery. This single grain Irish Whiskey is initially matured in ex – bourbon barrels. Then whiskey is then transferred into toasted virgin Spanish oak barrels to finish for 12 months.

New pencil shavings, light rose petal, fresh rain on pine.
Palate:
Warm, toasted oak, fresh peeled grapefruit, zesty wood spices.
Finish:
Sweet cereal, clove spiciness, fresh mint.
