The Drumshanbo whiskey is a triple distilled Single Pot Still with a mash bill of malted Irish barley, un-malted Irish barley and Irish Barra oats matured in a combination of Kentucky Bourbon barrels and Oloroso Sherry casks. Un-malted barley imparts a silky mouthfeel when combined with Barra Oats creates an intriguing creaminess & spiciness to the finish that truly sets this Irish whiskey apart.
