|Nose||The influence of the bourbon cask is immediately obvious. Crème brulee, salted caramel and molten honeycomb bombard the senses.|
|Palate||The heavyweight PX and Madeira casks punch through with sun dried raisins, creamy blossom honey and tiramisu laced with vanilla.|
