Clonakilty Single Pot Still 700 ml, 46% ABV

Distilled with unmalted barley grown on their family farm and triple distilled in single pot stills. Matured in ex-Bourbon, Olorosso and Amontillado Sherry casks. 

On the nose vanilla and hints of demerara sugar, citrus peel and kiwi. 

On the palate, vanilla is continued as well as caramelised pear and apple. This gives way to gentle wood spice, dark chocolate and orange. Sea salt and caramel linger on the finish.
