Tasting Notes:
Down the System is a NEIPA (New England Indian Pale Ale) style craft beer, pale and opaque. Made with a double dry hopping of Cryo Nectaron, Nectaron, and Mosaic hops. Thanks to the combination of these aromatic hops, we'll find citrus notes on the nose, sweet fruits like pineapple, and to a lesser extent, red berry notes. On the palate, we'll find it easy to drink, slightly bitter (20 IBUs), and very silky. We'll have a good fruity punch, especially flavors of pineapple, red berries, and citrus notes.
