Echo is a West Coast Rye IPA coming at 6.1% ABV.
Tasting Notes:
Echo is a copper-straw-colored West Coast Rye IPA-style craft beer, dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin & Strata hops. With the first sip, we notice that it's very well balanced. Its 40 IBUs of bitterness are well integrated with the malts and hops. The addition of rye to our West Coast Rye enhances the cereal flavor and aromas, while also providing a very subtle spicy note. The Nelson Sauvin & Strata hops used for dry hopping add sweet fruit, currant, and, to a lesser extent, white wine notes to the beer.
