Evolution is a West Coast IPA coming at 6.3% ABV.
Tasting Notes:
Evolution is a copper-colored West Coast IPA-style craft beer, dry-hopped with Mosaic and Chinook hops. The aroma highlights the resinous and pine notes typical of the West Coast IPA style, as well as hints of citrus, lemon, and, to a lesser extent, tropical fruit. With the first sip, we notice that it's very well balanced. Its 40 IBUs of bitterness are well integrated with the malts and hops. On the palate, we again find resinous and herbal notes, along with the more citrus and tropical notes of the Mosaic hops.
