The barley used to make Waterford Ballymorgan 1.2 Single Farm Origin Irish whiskey was grown in County Wexford, just an hour away from the distillery and matured in a combination of French and American oak casks.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Enjoyably chocolatey, with hints of tangy fruit sneaking through.
Palate: Heavy vanilla and apple, leading to chocolate and lemon later on, plus a hint of clove.
Finish: Cedar, barley and another hint of fresh green apple sweetness.
