An incredible whiskey that does a lot to boost the innovative and exciting credentials of Ireland’s whiskey revival. This is the first and so far, the only Irish single malt to be aged in the famous Japanese Mizunara oak.
Whilst this whiskey was not produced at Glendalough distillery (which has only been operating since 2013), it was handpicked by distillery founders, as they felt it best reflected the distillery profile they had in mind.
