''One of the big hops to come out of the US and shake up our brewery here in a big way of late has been Idaho 7. We’ve felt that it’s filled a gap of what we’ve been looking for in an all-rounder of a hop that’s bursting with all that stone fruit low end juicy oil you get from antipodean varieties with all the screaming exciting top notes of what the US has to offer at the same time.''
Tasting Notes:
Single hopped with Idaho 7. Body is light, airy and almost feathery. Nose is mango, guava, grape candy, light pleasant woody spice, body is bursting with fresh orange juice and rind, more candy grape with a hint of passionfruit and a smooth low bitterness to finish.
