Built on a wheat forward base, with pilsner malt to bring out a vibrant luminosity, this double IPA is everything great about New Zealand grown hops. A big dose of Motueka in the whirlpool carrying forward a zingy lime comminute top-note before layering in a massive base of sticky Nelson Sauvin. A second dry hop split between even more Motueka and a touch of New Zealand grown Cascade, really hammers home the zesty grapefruit and lime with just a hint of ripe mango on the finish.
