Valle Isarco Pinot Noir

From the cool alpine Valle Isarco in Alto Adige, this Pinot Noir offers bright red cherry, cranberry, wild strawberry and subtle earthy spice. The high-altitude vineyards produce a lighter, fresher style than many New World Pinot Noirs, with fine tannins and lively acidity. Fermentation is followed by maturation in large oak vessels and older barrels to add texture without overwhelming the fruit. The winery is known for showcasing alpine terroir and sustainable viticulture.
