Tohu - Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc

Pours lemon-green in colour with fresh aromas of citrus and passionfruit. You will also notice a distinct currant leaf and lemongrass character typical of this single vineyard wines. A concentration of great fruit weight, nettles, guava, passionfruit and herbal notes on the palate. In the backround there is a beautiful minerality running through this wine. The finish is long and dry with good fruit sweetness balanced by crisp citrus freshness and a zesty acidity.
