This kettle sour beer is beautifully balanced with pomegranate and blood orange.
Tasting Notes:
It has a hint of the hop HBC630 to round out the fruitiness. It has nice pink/red foam and is mostly clear. Neither intensely sour nor intensely sweet, sessionable and balanced.
