Our Annual Birthday Beer is a big hoppy hazy IPA made with our friends at Yakima Chief, who brought a massive hop bill to the brew. Featuring Columbus, Citra Dynaboost, Riwaka, Motueka Cryo, Krush Hyperboost hops, you’ll find it bursting with notes of lime zest, passionfruit, and tropical melon. The palette is juicy and balanced with flavours of ripe lime, tropical stone fruit, and citrus peel, supported by a smooth, slightly sweet malt backbone courtesy of our collaborators in Minch malt.
