Terroir La Baume Minervois

This rich and robust red from the south of France is a careful blend of syrah and Grenache. There is an extra long maceration period which lends to a rich and deep ruby colour and extra texture on the palate. 

Dark fruits like blackberry and plum dominate, with red fruits soft spices and herbs. A touch o fwell integrarted oak is noticable but not overbearing. Overall really well balanced and juicy red, a classic quality wine from the Languedoc region.
