Straw yellow in colour. This organic white wine is a blend of old vine Xarel-lo and Riesling with the Xarel-lo fermented in chestnut barrels to impact a rich mouthfeel. Stone fruit and nuttiness allied to citrus mineral finish that goes on for quite a while. Aromas of fresh white-fleshed fruit with hints of aromatic herbs and smokiness.
