A blend of 90% Gruner Veltliner and a host of other Central European grape varieties like Welschriesling, Muscat Ottonel, Weißburgunder, Neuburger and Furmint. This wine has notes of pears, apples, apricot and citrus fruits. It's complexity comes in the form of sharp minerality and a nice salinity.
Organic farming, and no fining or filtration. Partly oak aged in new oak and some in old oak. this is a textures Gruner with bundles of character and quality.
