Aged for 15 months in French oak. Ripe aromas of black plum, black tea and mint on the nose with hints of pie crust, and vanilla. On the palate cherry and plum flavours are predominant with a touch of mint and hint of spice, all giving way to notes of dark chocolate and vanilla. Its signature palate is framed by very fine, yet soft tannins and a refreshing length, enhanced by its acidity.
