A great red Burgundy, made by Irish wine maker Roisin Curley. Roisin is a Pharmacist from County Mayo and has been trained in some of France’s finest vineyards including Château Latour and Château Grillet. She now has a focus on making small‐scale wines from the region Burgundy, France. This paticular wine is silky and smooth with an elegant variety of dark fruits and hints of fresh earth and subtle spice.
