Protero Aromatico 2022

Aromatico is a blend of Gewürztraminer, Riesling, and Sauvignon Blanc. On the nose, this wine is exotic and delightful with powerful notes of lychee, ginger, and sherbet which blend into a hypnotising perfume with lemongrass, dusty rose, and sweet spices. The flavours are engaging and uplifting on the palate as rose water and yeast buns are held together by a citrus spine that engages all the senses before a long grassy finish. The texture is silky and voluptuous.
