Plaimont Sauvignon Blanc Gascon Style

A bright, crisp Sauvignon Blanc from Plaimont in the Côtes de Gascogne in south-west France. Pale yellow with green highlights, it has a fresh, aromatic nose with citrus, grapefruit, tropical fruit and subtle herbal notes.

The palate is light, lively and refreshing, with clean acidity and a zesty grapefruit and lemon finish. An excellent aperitif and a great match for seafood, salads, grilled fish and goat's cheese.
