An elegant dry Pinot Noir from Weingut Rings in Germany’s Pfalz region, with bright cherry and raspberry fruit, refreshing acidity and fine, supple tannins. Gentle savoury spice adds depth without overwhelming the fresh red-fruit character.

Spätburgunder is the German name for Pinot Noir. Estate-grown grapes from Kallstadt and Freinsheim are hand-harvested and carefully sorted before spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts. Maturation in French oak adds texture and complexity; the wine is bottled without fining or filtration.
