A light bodied, soft textured Albarino from La Mancha. Stainless steel fermentation leaves pronounced fruit flavours of apple, melon and lemon meringue on the palate. 

An organic and biodynamic wine, with a balanced mineral finish and plenty of fresh acidity to leave you wanting more.
