Old Monk Rum Gold Reserve 12 Year Old

Deep ruby in colour, with a complex and layered nose and palate. Aged for 12 years in oak, there are concentrated and deep flavours of vanilla, cedar, treacle, dried fruits. The palate is warm and full, lingering with hints of dark chocolate, leather and baking spices. 

A rum with great depth and nuance. The rum is well balanced and subtle trails of spicy and sweet notes are left after each sip. Warm and long finish.
