Old Monk 7 Year Old Blended Rum

An iconic Indian blended rum. Deep ruby in the glass, with warm notes of vanilla, caramel molasses and a slight spice of oak.
It has a smooth and rounded body with mild spiciness on the palate. An underlining molases sweetness and viscosity. 

There is a medium to long finish with subtle tones of pepper and browned sugar.
