Benito Escudero Reserva

Size

The grapes are fermented in steel tank with maceration period of 15 days following. The wine is aged in American and French oak for an average of 3 years, but nothing less that 18 months.

Tempranillo (70%), Mazuelo (15%) and Garnacha (15%). Deep ruby colour due to its extended ageing beyond the required amount for Reserva labelling requirements. What stands out is not only that it is a wine bursting with character, but has the purity of flavour to boot. Red and dark fruits perfectly balanced with spice, vanilla, balsamic and leather.

Rich and full in style with lots of rich yeasty biscuity flavour and thrilling apple/pear fruit, the Champagne of choice for James Bond and no wonder, it is one of the best non-vintage Champagnes. - See more at: http://www.obrienswine.ie/bollinger-special-cuvee.html#sthash.IbfksnIo.dpuf
