Gentil d’Alsace is a blend of Muscat, Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Gewurztraminer, and even at this entry level, Felix is able to deliver a perfectly balanced and serious wine. It is elegant with subtle and intriguing citrus fruit, ginger, apricot and apple on the nose. The palate is fresh and racy with a slight spiciness and just a hint of honeyed fruit sweetness.
This makes for the most wonderful aperitif and can be paired with lot's of Umami focused dishes, like Sushi or it lends itself to sweet and aromatic spices, from North African to Indian/Pakistani and South East Asian. Truly Versatile!
