Hand picked and selected Viura and Malvasia grapes are barrel fermented and aged in new American and French oak for 5 months. The wine is perfectly balanced, the oak so well integrated that you aren't blown away by big powerful flavours. Instead, the fresh citrus form the Viura is in a perfect marriage with undertones of vanilla and honey. Fresh bright, with a nice roundness and velvety mouthfeel. Subtle floral notes and fantastic length.
