Fleurie- It has been aged in oak for nine months, but still shows plenty of delicate floral notes and red fruit character. The palate is silky with lovely structure, full of flavour, is well balanced with a harmonious finish.

Chablis- Fermentation takes place in oak barrels and aging usually lasts 15 months on fine lies before bottling. This is a bright and fresh Chablis, whose aromas and flavours develop relatively quickly.
