Cognac Barrel Aged Imperial Stout 12.6% ABV
Celt is our 2025 Cognac Barrel Aged Imperial Stout. Coming at 12.6% abv it aged in these beautiful 200l Cognac Barrels on their 3rd run after having held Cognac and Irish Whiskey. The rich malt sweetnees that our Stout has got blended in these beautiful staves that slowly gave Celt a very gentle Oak, Dark Chocolate, Tobacco and light dried fruits flavours. It`s really elegant, something not to miss from Lough Gill 2025 Barrel Aged Series.
