Sourced from high-altitude vineyards situated more than 350 metres above sea level, this fresh and crisp medium-bodied white wine beautifully captures the distinct, sun-drenched terroir of Catalonia.
On the nose, it opens with an intense bouquet of ripe pear, juicy nectarine, and delicate jasmine, tied together by a subtle hint of anise. The palate is clean, unctuous, and wonderfully refreshing, balancing vibrant citrus notes with a distinct stony minerality and an elegant, lingering finish. To lock in these pure, bright flavours, the winery uses cold skin maceration followed by a temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, resulting in a pristine, aromatically expressive white wine.
