La Chablisienne Chablis La Sereine is a limpid and brilliant wine. Robust yellow in colour with green glints. Complex bouquet; oscillating from honey-spice bread and vanilla aromas to other notes of citrus, menthol and eucalyptus. Full in the mouth, evoking very ripe yellow peaches before giving way to a fresh finish – both mineral and acidulous. Good length with a prevailing impression of freshness.
