Made in Kinsale, Co. Cork, this limited-edition Irish mead is fermented from West Cork with Irish wildflower honey. It’s light gold and semi-sweet, with delicate floral aromas and a lingering honey finish.

Serve lightly chilled on its own or pair with goat’s cheese or crème brûlée.
