Queen Bee is a collaboration with our Dutch sister brewery, Hoop, in Zaandijk. It has a base of blonde ale, with a mild degree of hop bitterness and aroma. We have added Ivy honey, locally sourced from the FIngers Crossed Farm in Fingal. The blonde ale allows the sweet flavour of the local honey to shine.
