Our Limited Edition #35 is a traditional Belgian Tripel, crafted with reverence for classic Abbey ales. The Hope Beer Tripel is a strong, blonde beer with a pale, golden hue and an elegant, dry finish. Despite its high ABV, it is surprisingly drinkable, thanks to a lack of residual sugars and a dry finish.

A light malt backbone lends whispers of honey and grainy sweetness, perfectly balanced by the firm bitterness of traditional European hops. The magic lies in the Belgian yeast, bringing a vibrant burst of fruity esters and spicy phenols. Expect enticing notes of clove, pepper and delicate floral aromas, complemented by subtle spice and fruit flavours.
