A Baco Noir from Ontario, Canada!
Deep, dark red wine. Ripe blueberry flavours with currant and berry fruit. Spicy, rich, and smooth. Toasty oak finish.
What is Baco Noir…?
Baco Noir tends to be light- to medium-bodied, with a fresh, snappy acidity. I’ve heard it described as an alternative to Pinot Noir that’s a bit easier to grow. I’ve also seen some darker and oakier versions that lean into more rustic, savory notes.
Pairs well with barbecued meat, a variety of strong cheeses and cured meats and strawberries rolled in black pepper.
ABV: 13.5%
