B by Fonbadet, Fonbadet, Bordeaux

Bordeaux stands out as the first AOC (Protected Designation of Origin) vineyard thanks to a wide range of high-quality terroirs. This large choice of fine wines can appeal to all wine-lovers for all occasions. The climate of Bordeaux allows a perfect maturing of the grapes and consequently favours the creation of great wines. B. de Fondabet is a case in point. Really accessible, despite its young age, this wine utterly illustrates the values and the philosophy of Château Fonbadet. It is the combination of an original and unique style with the intensity and complexity of a Bordeaux.

6 months in oak barrels
40% Cabernet Franc, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot

Beautiful ruby-red colour. The nose develops aromas of black fruits (plum, blackcurrant and cherry). Elegant and round in mouth, B de Fondabet expresses structure with mellow tannins. Nice balance.

Domaine Joel Delaunay - La Voute Touraine Chenonceaux

Chenonceaux is known for the majestic Château de Chenonceau, featured on the La Voûte label. The wines are from selected parcels of vines located in Touraine.

La Voûte is situated in Touraine Chenonceaux, on the bank of the Cher Valley, 50 kilometres east of Tours near the famous Château de Chenonceau. The soil is clay and silex and the pruning method is simple Guyot.

On the nose: wonderful hints of large, ripe, juicy and tasty pineapples, mangos and melons. Also some minerality and ever so slightly some silt.
