Chateau Cantelaudette Grand Vine de Bordeaux

Strong almost black in colour with a slight hint of evolution, the nose still a little reserved is revealed after five minutes of ventilation. A dominant of spices and liquorice gives a feeling of sweetness enhanced by a hint toasted notes. Smoothness impression confirmed in the mouth with a fleshy and voluptuous tannic structure, flavour of sour cherry liqueur mixed with Ripe Fruit Jam. The whole is warm, winey while keeping a very fresh balance thanks to a tangy hint of good quality. For a successful tasting, decantation is desirable.

Talmard Mallory & Benjamin Macon Uchizy

On the mouth, we note a good acidity and roundness. Very good prolonged minerality with light notes of dried fruit and nuts. The finish in the mouth is very clean, without bitterness and is full of almonds. Its long and elegant finish makes it suitable as an aperitif, or as an accompaniment to seafood and goat’s cheese.
