DOT Brew's 2026 Barrel Aged Stout Blend, brewed in collaboration with Teeling Whiskey.
Created in conjunction with teeling whiskey. A carefully curated stout blend aged from 02 years to 06 months in a series of teeling whiskey casks ranging from irish single malt ex bourbon, ruby and white port. During the blending process we found the addition of 10% dark red ale long matured in teeling ex rum casks added a suitable sweetness. The beer displays dark roast biscuity character with rounded vanilla and dark hedgerow fruits
A barrel-aged stout blend at 15.2% ABV, presented in a bottle with a matching gift tube.
