An expressive dry white from the Roussillon region in the south of France. All organic farming, native yeats and no fining or filtration. This is pure and unadulterated wine making. A blend of three grapes, Garnacha Blanco, that adds body and texture, Viura, that adds citrus and orchards notes, and Bourboulenc, that adds crisp acidity.
The result is a fresh inviting wine with a light to medium body and sizzling acidity. Glistening white stone fruit and a layered texture you expect to find in a natural wine of this quality.
