Grown by Irish wine maker Tom Gallagher in the lesser known Montsant wine region in Catalunya. Joined by local Spanish wine makers, this is an organically farmed blend of Garnacha and Merlot. Soft and rounded, with easy tannins and expressive red and dark fruits. Raspberry, plum and blackberries. Paired with subtle oak notes, liqourice and cinnamon.
Easy drinking and very versatile as a food pairing or to enjoy on its own. Limited edition, only 2000 bottles, each numbered.
