Delas Frères Les Launes Crozes-Hermitage is a characterful, beautifully balanced red from the Northern Rhône in France. Made from 100% Syrah, it offers deep garnet colour and expressive aromas of blackcurrant, ripe plum and violets, with a hint of liquorice and gentle spice. The palate is generous yet fresh, with rounded, well-structured tannins and an elegant finish.

Winemaking: Fully destemmed Syrah is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel, followed by malolactic fermentation in tank. Some of the wine may receive measured oak-barrel maturation, adding complexity while preserving fruit.
Food pairing: Roast lamb, grilled steak, venison, game dishes, slow-cooked beef and mushroom-rich sauces. Serve at approximately 16–18°C.
Les Launes comes from Crozes-Hermitage vineyards combining rounded Rhône pebbles, clay and varied granite and alluvial soils. A classic introduction to elegant Northern Rhône Syrah.
