Not your typical Kiwi Sauvignon. All Deep Down wines are single vineyard, wild fermented, and made with little or no additives. The focus is on organic grapes, natural processes, and balanced wines that reflect their origin.
This medium bodied white has all of the focused acidity of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, but there is an earthy quality and notes of apple skins, white peach, rose petals and flint. Bright and smiling, it is unique and definitely worth a try if you want something different.
