Aging: Following the malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged in French oak barriques for 24 months and a few more months in the bottle before being released on the market.

Colour: Intense ruby red.

Nose: Dark and brooding on the nose, with notes of black berries, violets, clove, tobacco and a hint of wood-smoke.

Taste: The palate is more expressive, showing great depth and concentration, but also an ethereal floral note and sweet spice, framed by very masculine tannins and mouth-watering acidity.
