Château Les Ormes De Pez Saint-Estèphe is a nice dark ruby in colour. The nose is complex, reserved and tarry with aromas of wet earth, blackberry and wood followed by ripe, juicy, black and red berries, spice and cassis. On the palate has fine expression of ripe Cabernet fruit with lots of grip, vigour and elegance. The wine is wonderfully well-balanced and complex, with a rich aromatic background and an incredibly silky texture.
