Château du Cèdre Extra Libre is a pure, minimal-intervention expression of Cahors Malbec. Made from organically farmed grapes, fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 12 months in large oak foudres, it is vinified and bottled with no added sulphites.
Juicy black cherry, blueberry and plum lead into floral notes, wild herbs, liquorice and gentle spice. Medium-bodied with fresh acidity, silky tannins and a savoury finish.
