boon oude geuze

Boon Oude Geuze is brewed in the old tradition style. Brewed from October to April, according to the traditional "turbid mash" system. It is then age in oak casks before it is blended with other batches which are either aged for 1'2 or 3 years, giving an average age of 18 months. This blend is re-fermented in the bottle which enables it to be aged for up to 20 years.
